This Advisor Rules Policy forms part of the Member Agreement and is incorporated by reference therein. 

1. In addition to the terms and conditions of the Member Agreement, you agree to comply with the following requirements in creating listings, providing Advisor Services and otherwise acting as a Advisor. Without limiting any other remedies My Advice Corner may have, My Advice Corner may immediately terminate your membership and use of the Site without notice if My Advice Corner suspects that you have violated any or all of the following requirements.

 

A. You must show proof of degree and/or licensure to provide any Advisor Services such as a physician, other health practitioner, attorney, accountant or financial planner, through the Site.

B. You will conduct all for-fee communications that you have with other Members only through the Site and you will not circumvent or attempt to circumvent the Site using third-party payment services.  We will randomly test our advisors out to make sure you are not pulling customers off the Site.

C. You must be 18 years or older to sign up as an Advisor.

D. The Site offers a variety of categories. You will take your time to carefully consider and find the appropriate category in which to create your listing. 

 

E. Your photos are rated based on quality and personal photographs.  It ranges from Fair to Very Good.  The better the photo the higher your ranking is and vice versa.  Do not give fake or impersonal photographs.  My Advice Corner will randomly ask to see proof of drivers license or other Government ID to prove ownership of photo.

 

F. You will be paid by check or direct deposit once a month.
